Costs and services
Here you can find the basic information required for booking you booth. Please keep in mind that the price takes into account that admission is free for visitors. The intensive visitor marketing includes: advertising and supplement adverts in Research & Results and other media, professional PR work, distribution of invitations from exhibitors, direct mail, e-mail newsletters, social media marketing and the trade show website.

Registration fee, floorspace and booth construction
Registration fee
The registration fee is EUR 630.- for every main exhibitor or EUR 500.- for every co-exhibitor and includes the following services: exhibition invitations, entry in the trade show catalogue, entry on the trade show website including a short profile and link, visitors list, proportional visitor promotion.

Exhibition area
The preliminary hall layout offers booth areas ranging between 6 and 50 square metres. Floorspace can be booked at EUR 410.- per sqm. The minimum floorspace is 6 sqm. For every co-exhibitor a flat rate of EUR 1,360.- is charged. This price does not include booth construction and additional costs. The erection of 2.50 m high rear and side walls is mandatory.
Introductory offer
Companies whose annual turnover is below EUR 500,000.- receive a 15% discount on floorspace.
Booth construction
Exhibitors are free to choose their own booth construction company. Upon request, the company Meplan GmbH (a subsidiary of the Munich Trade Fair) can offer a variety of rental booth systems. You can configure and order your booth here:

Other services

Workshops
Seven seminar rooms are available at the trade show in which workshops lasting 45 minutes are held every hour. These workshops can be booked by the exhibitor and are subject to a charge. Exhibitors are responsible for the content of the workshops. The basic idea is that exhibitors present a fact-oriented research topic together with related offers of the presenting company.
The cost for exhibitors per workshop is EUR 1,550.- or EUR 4,650.- for non-exhibitors.

Guided Tours
Topic-specific guided tours for groups of maximum 30 visitors take place in the exhibition hall and include stops at 3-5 booths. For a fee, exhibitors can register their booth for participation. Prior to the booking, every company shall decide on a specific tour topic and is committed to focus on this topic during the presentation.
